Spring is officially here, bringing to the world natural reminders that Jesus is risen and that the God of the universe has the power to make the dead come alive. As the bare trees regrow their leaves and soft flowers bloom out of the melting remnants of ice and snow, it is the perfect time to share personal stories of how God restores the dead things inside of us, daily forgiving humans of their sins and turning them into beautiful new creations.

We have several nonfiction stories to present to you this month, from writers who have experienced God’s restoration after suffering long winters of incredible hardships, addictions, and doubts. We hope that as you read alongside us, you will witness the love and peace that can only come from Jesus. We hope that as you read, you are encouraged to give God your burdens, your shame, your repentant heart, and allow Him to plant seeds of abundant life into the barren soil of your soul.
